We adopt the following phase basis payment to ensure the security of the delivery.
Deposit of 10% of estimated value of your target car (minimum €1,000).
We can accept Bank Draft and Direct Bank Transfer to our account.
This deposit is refundable before a car is purchased at the auction on your behalf.
Once the car is reserved after the successful bidding, the deposit cannot be refunded. Our Japanese agent needs to pay related fees and penalties using your deposit.
Once the bidding ends successfully, we will require you to pay, within 3 working days, the net sum of the value of the car, Japanese agent's FOB and bidding handling charge, inland transportation fee, documentation fee, ocean freight and marine insurance.
3 weeks before the arrival of the vessel, we will require you to pay the net sum of import duties, VAT, port and custom handling charges plus our fee.
Our fee is fixed and neat and calculated in the following way.
We will send you the final invoice covering VRT and net delivery fee, minus your deposit.
We require you to pay this promptly.
